1. General Overview

Welcome to Chainlink Café. By accessing our premises, utilizing our workshop services, purchasing goods from our shop, or consuming items from our café, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all members of our cycling community.

2. Workshop & Repair Services

Our workshop provides professional bicycle maintenance and repair services. All repair work is subject to an initial assessment. We will provide a good-faith estimate before commencing work.

• Cost estimates are subject to change if underlying issues are discovered during the repair process. We will seek your approval before proceeding with additional costs.
• Completed repairs must be collected within 14 days of notification. Bicycles left beyond 30 days without prior arrangement may incur a storage fee or be processed as abandoned property.
• We guarantee our workshop labor for 30 days following completion. Parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

3. Retail & Café Purchases

All sales of bicycles, parts, and accessories are final unless the item is found to be defective at the time of purchase. Defective items may be exchanged within 14 days with a valid receipt.

For the comfort of all guests, outside food and beverages are not permitted within the café seating area. We reserve the right to limit seating time during peak hours to accommodate all patrons.

4. Liability & Conduct

Chainlink Café assumes no liability for bicycles or personal belongings left unattended on the premises. We kindly ask that all guests secure their bicycles appropriately when visiting. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating disruptive behavior or failing to adhere to our community guidelines.
